Hi, I'm Jacquelyn
You may be wondering to yourself, how the heck did she get here? Lol, well, it's long story. I spent a large part of my life just 'figuring it out'. I started out as a professional ballerina, turned celebrity trainer, turned professional dancer, turned yogi, and eventually found my way to creating one of the most amazing online fitness communities around inside the Stretchy Fit App - or as I affectionally refer to as the Stretchy Babe girl gang.
My inspiration to build Stretchy Fit started I do lies pretty deep within me. Believe it or not, I used to be so afraid of putting myself out there. It wasn't until I woke up to the reality that life is now, in the present moment that everything changed for me.
I learned I was most present when I was working out, and connected to my body. This is what sparked my passion for fitness & wellness, and what still lights me up today. My aim is for you to experience each workout as a celebration of what your body is capable of and to experience the life and health of your dreams. :)
Stretchy Fit started as an idea. From a deep conviction to break through my shell and feel free to be me. I’d find myself literally getting panic attacks because I was so in my head, and disconnected to my body.
I knew inside there was so much more for me than what I was allowing myself to experience.
One day it literally clicked for me. I was sitting in my room and I realized….my life is now… What am I waiting for? Why am I waiting to live my life?
This moment changed my life around. And my inspiration to create Stretchy Fit App was born.
My intention behind Stretchy Fit App has been rooted in providing women from all walks of life a place where they can feel free to be themselves. And to dance like no ones watching!
